The Clinical Care Coordinator position provides clinical leadership and works collaboratively with the Clinical Care Director, key relevant people, residents and families to oversee and guide effective resident focused clinical outcomes.
What you Bring:

Advanced clinical skills including current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Ability to act as a mentor providing guidance to Registered Nursing team and carers in all aspects of clinical care

Proven ability to motivate and lead staff, promoting a positive work environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Well developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks

Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and its principles, Aged Care Standards and ACFI documentation requirements

A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the sector
